(2)In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such regulations may provide for all or any of the following matters:-(a)the terms and conditions of service of the employees of the Commission under section 7;(b)the procedure for the conduct of business of the Commission under sub-section (2) of section 9.
