Section 45 in Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Act, 1966
45. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any officer of the State Government or of the Board for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or any rule or regulation made thereunder.
