Section 277B(i) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996
(i)the posts of Village level workers and Clerk Grade-II shall be filled in by direct recruitment through a competitive examination conducted by the Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services, Selection Board in accordance with these rules;
