Section 41(2) in Mizoram Cooperative Societies Act, 2006
(2)Where the cooperative is under winding proceedings the liability of past and deceased member shall continue until the entire liquidation proceedings re completed, of course, within the period prescribed under this Act and the liability in such cases, however, shall extend only to the debts of co-operative as existed on the date of cessation of membership or death, as the case may be.
