Section 32(3) in The Punjab Probation of Offenders Rules, 1962
(3)A Special Probation Officer shall maintain the records mentioned in clauses (a) and (b) of sub-rule (1) and send such other information to the District Probation Officer, the Chief Probation Officer and the Chief Controlling Authority as may be required by the State Government from time to time.
