Section 2(i) in The Foreign Trade (Regulation) Rules, 1993
(i)[] [Renumbered clause (j) as clause (i) by Notification No. G.S.R. 300(E), dated 17.4.2015 (w.e.f. 30.12.1993).] words and expression used in these rules and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
