Section 36(1) in The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (Terms and Conditions of Appointment and Discipline of the Employees) Rules, 1982
(1)Where two or more employees are concerned in any case, the authority competent to impose the penalty of dismissal from service on all against all of them as may be taken in a common proceeding.
