Section 20(3) in Punjab Water Resources (Management and Regulation) Act, 2020
(3)The Enquiry officer shall on conclusion of the enquiry present his report to the Authority:Provided that the Enquiry Officer shall submit interim reports to the Authority, as and when required by the Authority.
