(2)The Sub-Treasury Officer shall maintain an account of all counterfoil receipt books received, in his sub-treasury and shall be personally responsible for their safe custody and distribution to [amins and naib-tahsildars] [Substituted by Notification No. 7996/I-A-1282-1952, dated 08.10.1952.].
