Section 5(1) in The M.P. Public Trusts Rules, 1962
(1)On receipt of an application under sub-section (1) of Section 4 or sub-section (1) of Section 5 or on his own motion, the Registrar shall cause to be issued a public notice in Form IV or Form V, as the case may be. The notice shall, in addition to its publication in the official Gazette, be also published by affixing copies thereof,-(a)on the notice-board at the office of the -(i)Registrar of Public Trusts.(ii)Tahsildar of the Tahsil in which the principal office or the principal place of business of the Trust is situate; and(b)at the places in which the immovable property of the Trust is situate.
