(u)"Sponsoring Body" means the Gomber Education Foundation, New Delhi, a Trust registered under the Registration Act, 1908 (Central Act No. 16 of 1908) at Registration No. 5,883 of Book No. 4, Volume No. 1,845 dated 10.06.2005 in the office of the Sub- Registrar-I, New Delhi;
