Section 12(2)(b) in Haryana Municipal Services (Integration, Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1982

(b)If such person is appointed otherwise than by direct recruitment, -

(i)revert him to his former post, or

(ii)deal with him in such a manner as the terms and conditions of his previous appointment permit.
