59.0Special restrictions on Ammonium Nitrates - Ammonium Nitrate to be brought to the Port should be certified to be free from organic impurities, as specified by the IMDG Code. A certificate of purity issued by the Competent Government Authority in the country of manufacture shall have to be produced before such cargo or vessel is allowed inside the docks. These rules shall not apply to Ammonium Nitrate of fertilizer grade.Precautions and Handling measures for IMDG Code Class 5.2
