Mr.Vikram Johri, learned Panel Lawyer Advocate for the
respondents.

With consent of the parties, the matter is heard finally. In this writ petition, the petitioners, inter-alia, seek a direction to accord them equal treatment like that of Guruji as Guest Teachers. The petitioners also seek relaxation in the minimum qualification for appointment on the post of Samvida Shala Sikshak under Section 23 of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009.

When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that with regard to their grievance, the petitioners be granted the liberty to submit a fresh representation to respondent No.1, namely, the Secretary, School Education Department, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal (M.P) and the aforesaid authority be directed to consider and decide the said representation, expeditiously.

On the other hand, learned Panel Lawyer for the respondents submits that in case petitioners file such a representation, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law.

In view of submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and as agreed to by them, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioners submit a representation to respondent No.1, namely, the Secretary School Education Department, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal (M.P), within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today, the aforesaid authority shall look into the said representation and take a decision expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation of the petitioners and shall pass a speaking order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
