Section 95(1) in Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the State Government may, in respect of any Authority after making such enquiry as it deems necessary, direct that Authority to make and submit for its sanction, a draft scheme in respect of any land in regard to which a scheme may be made after a notice regarding its making has been duly published in the prescribed manner.
