29. Penalties.
- If any person contravenes any of the provisions of sub-sections (1), (2), (4) (b), (5) and (6) of section 3, sub-sections (1) (a) and (2) (a) of section 7, sub-section (1) of section 14, section 18 and section 28, he shall be punishable with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees.
