Section 5(3) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(3)Each of the members referred to in clause (e), clause (f) and clause (g) of Rule 4 shall hold office for a period of three years commencing from the date on which his appointment is notified in the Official Gazette:Provided that where the appointment of the successor of any such member has not been notified in the Official Gazette on or before the expiry of the said period of three years, such member shall, notwithstanding the expiry of the period of his office continue to hold such office until the appointment of his successor notified in the Official Gazette.
