Section 8(1) in The Rajasthan Soil and Water Conservation Act, 1964
(1)As soon as may be after the commencement of this Act, there shall be established by the State Government, by notification in the Official Gazette, a Board for the State called the Rajasthan Soil and Water Conservation Board.
