Section 116(3) in The Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Rules, 1965
(3)No part of any area reserved for subsoil irrigation shall be within a distance of 90 feet from the nearest point of any dwelling house or any other building used for human habitation or for work or for recreation and of any canal or irrigation well.
