> Title: Introduction of the Indecent or Surrogate Advertisements and Remix Songs (Prohibition Bill), 2013* श्री महेन्द्रसिंह पी. चौहाण (साबरकांठा):महोदय, मैं प्रस्ताव करता हूं कि समाज की संस्कृति और मूल्यों के संरक्षण के उद्देश्य से अभद्रता और नग्नता प्रदर्शित करने वाले अशिष्ट या छद्म विज्ञापन, जो बालकों और युवा पीढ़ी के मस्तिष्क पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव डालते हैं, के प्रकाशन या प्रसारण का प्रतिषेध करने और उससे संसक्त या उसे अनुषंगी विषयों का उपबंध करने वाले विधेयक को पुरःस्थापित करने की अनुमति दी जाए।
MR. CHAIRMAN: The question is:
“That leave be granted to introduce a Bill to prohibit publication or telecast of indecent or surrogate advertisements and remix songs which contain vulgarity and nudity that adversely affect the minds of the children and younger generation with a view to protect the culture and values of the society and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.” The motion was adopted.
