Section 10(1)(a) in Jammu and Kashmir State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Licensing) Regulations, 2013

(a)The applicant shall, within seven days from the date of the application, publish in two English daily newspapers, and two Urdu daily newspapers having wide circulation in the area for which the licence is sought, a notice of his application as given in Annexure 1.
