1. Though the matter was listed before this special Bench pursuant to the directions issued by Hon'ble the Chief Justice on 03.10.2024, having taken up the appeal for hearing on five dates, we find that the issues raised in the appeals are required to be heard at length. We are, therefore, of the considered opinion that it would be appropriate that the appeals are listed before the Roster Bench for disposal.
2. Accordingly, subject to the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice, the appeals be listed before the Roster Bench on 11.02.2025.
