Interlocutory Application No. 6309 of 2012 This application has been made by the appellant Union of India for permission to implead Jauhar Khan, the proprietor of respondent Maa Saraswati Traders, as party respondent in the Letters Patent Appeal and in the Interlocutory Application.
Leave is granted.
Respondent Maa Saraswati Traders be renumbered as respondent no. 1. Jauhar Khan, the proprietor of M/S Maa Saraswati Traders be impleaded as party respondent no. 2 in the Letters Patent Appeal and in Interlocutory Application No. 4964 of 2012.
Necessary correction in the cause title will be made in red ink within one week from today.
Patna High Court LPA No.684 of 2012 (4) dt.21-09-2012 2Interlocutory application stands disposed of. Re. Letters Patent Appeal No. 684 of 2012 Issue notice to the respondent no. 2 for hearing and final disposal of the Letters Patent Appeal, to be made returnable on 14th December 2012.
Notice will be served through court process as well as by registered post with A.D. Requisites will be filed within ten days from today.
