Section 22(h) in Jammu and Kashmir Nursing Council Act, 2012
(h)exercise such other powers, and perform such other functions, as may be specified in the Act or in the rules or regulations made thereunder or as the Government may from time to time, by notification, direct for carrying out the purpose of the Act.
