Section 9(1) in Maharashtra Government Servants Regulation of Transfers and Prevention of Delay in Discharge of Official Duties Act, 2005
(1)The Head of every office or Department shall publish the list of powers delegated to the subordinate officers, working under them, for taking final decision.
