91. Taxation of costs.
(1)Where the Court has passed an other that the parties shall pay their own costs or that no costs be allowed or an order to the same effect or has passed no order as to costs, no sum shall be entered on taxation in respect of Advocates fees except such sum as may have been ordered to be paid by a party irrespective of the result of the case.(2)Where a party is only partially successful and costs are ordered to be paid in proportion to the success of such party, the amount of all taxable costs payable to it shall be proportionately reduced.
