Section 30(4) in Dakshin Bihar Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010
(4)Where an officer or employee has been dismissed in pursuance of sub-regulation (3) and the relative conviction is set aside by a higher court and the officer or employee is acquitted, he shall be reinstated in the service of the Bank.
