Section 3B(4) in The Bombay Nursing Council (Reorganisation) Order, 1962.
(4)The President, Vice-President and members of the Council established under Clause (a) or Clause (b) of sub-section (2) shall, notwithstanding anything contained in Section 5, hold office for a period of two years from the said date or until a new Council is duly established for the respective areas under Section 3, whichever is earlier.";
