Section 37(2) in Kerala General Sales Tax Rules, 1963
(2)The person to whom the permit is granted under clause (1) or other person who transports the consignment on behalf of the former shall carry with him along with the goods to be transported the said documents and shall al1ow it to be examined by the Officer exercising jurisdiction over the notified place concerned or the other Officers authorised by Government in this behalf.
