ORDER
The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashment of FIR bearing Crime No. 35/2024 registered at Police Station Basai, District Datia for the offences punishable under Section 354 of IPC as well as all the consequential criminal proceedings (RCT No.196/2024) pending before the trial Court.
At the very outset, counsel for petitioner informs that the purpose of filing this petition is over, as the impugned proceedings have already been concluded by the learned trial Court, vide order/judgement dated 25/02/2026 passed in RCT No.196/2024; therefore, the instant petition has become infructuous.
Prayer noted.
Accordingly, the instant petition stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
