(2)In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing powers such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:-(a)the places at which and the manner in which the substance of the notification may be published under sub-section (1) of section 3 ; and(b)the manner in which the amount of compensation shall be deposited under sub-section (1) of section 15.
