Section 12(1) in Arunachal Pradesh (Land Settlement and Records) Act, 2000
(1)The Deputy Commissioner may allot land belonging to the Government for agricultural purposes or for construction of dwelling houses, in accordance with such rules as may be made in this behalf under this Act.
