3. Publication of notification.
- Copies of every notification under sections 3, 4, 7 anti 9 shall be published,-(i)in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette in English and in Tamil;(ii)in the Village supplement to the District Gazette in the language or languages of the district; and(iii)in not less than two Tamil dailies having wide circulation in the notified area.
