(10)The Registrar shall be responsible for reporting to the Vice-Chancellor the consequences of any decision or action taken by any authority of the University, which he feels is in contravention of the provisions of this Act or the Statutes, Regulations, under intimation to the State Government.] [Sub-sections (9) and (10) were added by Maharashtra 19 of 2010, Section 3(e), (w.e.f. 8.7.2010).]
