Section 14(1) in The Tamil Nadu Beedi Industrial Premises (Regulation of Conditions of Work) Act, 1958
(1)In every beedi industrial premises wherein more than fifty female employees are ordinarily employed, there shall be provided and maintained a suitable room or rooms for the use of children under the ages of six years of such female employees.
