Section 130 in The Jammu and Kashmir Electricity Act, 2010
130. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other proceeding shall lie against the Government or the Commission or any officer of the Government, or any Member, Officer or other employee of the Commission or the assessing officer or any public servant for anything done or in good faith purporting to be done under the Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder.
