Section 42(1) in Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2014
(1)Bills shall be raised for capacity charge, energy charge and the transmission charge on monthly basis by the generating company and the transmission licensee in accordance with these regulations, and payments shall be made by the beneficiaries or the long term transmission customers/DICs directly to the generating company or the transmission licensee, as the case may be.
