Section 12(1) in Tripura Town and Country Planning Act, 1975
(1)Each Planning Authority shall meet at such times and places and shall, subject to the provisions of sub-section (2) and (3), observe such procedure in regard to the transaction of business at its meetings as may be prescribed by regulations.
