Section 345(1) in Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 2007
(1)In the case of a Municipal Councils or Nagar Panchayats, the Empowered Standing Committee shall constitute a Municipal Building Committee with the Chief Municipal Executive Officer/ Municipal Executive Officer as its Chairperson and an officer of the Municipality as its convenor.
