10A. [ Removal of members. [Added vide Punjab Act No. 40 of 1976.]
- The State Government may, by notification, remove any member, who, in its opinion, has been guilty of misconduct in the discharge of his duties:Provided that before the State Government notifies the removal of any member, the reasons for his proposed removal shall be communicated to him and he shall be given an opportunity of tendering an explanation in writing.]
