And In Re : Saifuddin Mondal ..... petitioner Mr. S. K. Humayan Reza ... for the petitioner Mr. Swapan Banerjee Mr. Anindya Sundar Chatterjee ... for the State We have considered the materials on record including statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as medical documents corroborating statement of the victim that acid was thrown on her by the petitioner. His prayer for bail was rejected earlier in March, 2022 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
