Section 4(6) in Jammu and Kashmir Nursing Council Act, 2012
(6)If any member dies or resigns his membership or retires on attaining the age of superannuation or ceases to be a member as provided under sub-section (4), the vacancy shall be filled within one month of the notification of the vacancy by fresh nomination.
