Section 357(1) in Rules of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, 1952
(1)The Clerk of the State shall prepare by the twenty-fifth day of March each year preliminary lists of common and special Jurors for Jodhpur and Jaipur respectively containing such numbers of names as he may consider fit of persons appearing to him after due inquiry to be qualified and liable under the foregoing rules to serve as Jurors. Such lists shall describe each person's style, calling, place of residence and the qualification which makes him liable to serve as a Juror and shall be signed by the Clerk of the State.
