Section 9(2)(a) in Tamil Nadu Right of Children to free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2011

(a)The school specified in sub-clause (iv) of clause (n) of section 2 shall, in the month of July, submit to the local authority, a list of students admitted in the school, who are provided free and compulsory elementary education for reimbursement of per-child expenditure by the State Government.
