Section 29(2) in Islamic University of Science and Technology, Kashmir Act, 2005
(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done, any action taken, any order or notification issued, under any of the provisions of law repealed under sub-section (1) shall be deemed to have been done, taken or issued under the corresponding provisions of the Act as if such provisions of the Act were in force on the day such thing was done, action was taken or order or notification was issued.
