Section 864 in Rules of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, 1952
864. Time of application.
- Every application for inspection shall be made before the Deputy Registrar on a working day between the hours of 10-30 A.M. and 1 P.M. and during morning hours between 7.00 A.M. and 9 A.M. and shall bear the court-fee labels as provided in rule 863:Provided that a fresh application for the inspection of the same record on the next day shall be entertained upto 3-30 P.M. and during morning hours upto 11 A.M.
