Section 1(1) in The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Central Recordkeeping Agency) Regulations, 2015
(1)These regulations may be called the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (central recordkeeping agency) Regulations, 2015.The regulations aim to set standards for the eligibility, governance, organization and operational conduct of the Central Recordkeeping Agency and for providing centralized recordkeeping, administration and customer service functions to all subscribers.
