185. Delegation of powers by State Government.
- The State Government by notification in Gazette may delegate any powers or more powers vested under this Act to prescribed authority or of the Zila Panchayat or Zila Panchayats or Kshettra Panchayat or Kshetra Panchayats or Gram Panchayats.
