Section 81(2) in The City of Nagpur Corporation Act, 1948
(2)Payment of any sum due by the Corporation not exceeding one hundred rupees in amount, may be made in cash, cheques for sums not in excess of one thousand rupees each being drawn from time to time to cover such payments.
