Section 1 in West Bengal Apartment Ownership Bye-laws, 1974
1. Short title, commencement and application.
(1) These bye-laws may be called the West Bengal Apartment Ownership Bye-laws, 1974.(2)These bye-laws shall come into force on the date of their publication in the "Calcutta Gazette".(3)These bye-laws shall apply to all the properties submitted by the owners thereof to the provisions of the West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act, 1972 (West Bengal Act No. 16 of 1972).
